It is with great sadness I tell you our Freeper YaYa123 passed away during the night.
No Hildy, Linda was a genuine Georgia Peach!
No Hildy, Linda was a genuine Georgia Peach! And, yes, she was at the March for Justice. She made that sweatshirt especially for the trip.
I remember Linda from the MFJ, Linda Tripp's SC get together & so many other things that Freepers used to do in those days.
For those newer to FR, she is a Hall of Famer old timer.
Darlie & I send our prayers.
You know, I see posts like this from time to time and it always makes me think....I look every day at FR (several times a day) and with work and family and home, I have little time to really get to know the Freepers. I wish I knew each of you better because I know in my heart that the people of this board are as fine an American as you will find anywhere....the kind of people I like to know. Wish I knew all of you better. Seeing a long term Freeper go just makes me think I guess.
Again, I am sorry for the loss and I pray her family finds comfort in God's grace.
I hope you don't mind me copying your post. I read your words and they touched me greatly. I couldn't say it better.
My prayers of comfort, too, for YaYa123(Linda's) family and friends.
Connie?
Good to see you back, CAL. We did have some good times with YAYA, didn’t we? I have so many fond memories of those days.
Prayer BUMP
Tears well...and fall.
May God bless.
Oh, well, I'm, UH!, sittin' here,la la Waitin' for my ya ya, ah-um, ah-um A sittin' here la la, waitin' for my ya ya, ah-um, ah-um It may sound funny but I don't believe she's comin', ah-um, ah-um (Levy-Lewis, as sung by Lee Dorsey)
I have an entire photo album from the March for Justice. It was a great weekend.
eddie?
May God hold her in his loving arms and may the Angels Minister to her loved ones as they greave Bless them all.
Amen
Thanks, basil. We have a great many fond memories! Can you actually believe it's been nearly 10 YEARS since the MFJ?
I recently ran across my photo album from that weekend. Some of the photos are priceless!
So many happy memories......
Yes, YaYa123 and Monica Nudo. Priceless!!

Oh no! I am so sorry.
Nowadays, I lurk only sporadically & did not know of her situation.
May her family & friends receive strength & consolation.
I’m so sorry to hear this.
She was one of the best and most humorous posters here.
She will be greatly missed.
Darn. I loved her. I remember her from the March for Justice
