I work in the largest gun shop in New Mexico on Saturdays. Have you handled either a Remington 798 or Browning-produced Winchester 70 in both stainless and .375 H&H? Any comments on the quality or lack thereof? Can either handle 4 down?

Haven’t seen the Remington. The Browning produce Model 70 is excellent. Fit and finish is superb and the bolt action is as smooth as some of the pre-64’s.
