Thanks, grannie! That is so sweet - the colts playing like that! Hey, I checked out Poser 6 a little bit, and it looks like a lot of fun to play with - lots of neat things one can do with it! You sure can! So, from what I can tell, there are different faces and bodies you can use (and clothes & hair?) and put them in all kinds of different poses? Are there lots of 'landscaping' accessories and stuff you can choose from - I especially like the dandelions in an earlier picture you posted. (I mean, I HATE dandelions, but those are pretty!) :)

I do have a question: Can the graphics be compressed in the program before saving them? I would definitely have to compress them as they take so long for me to upload to my server and also to open/download from the net. :( I can compress 400+KB graphics to less than 100KB in PhotoImpact Pro, without losing clarity for the internet.

LOL...let me see if I can get thru this....

Yes it is a great program and loads of fun, but....if you want the really good stuff, (a lot comes with it) you have to buy it. I’ve had mine for yeeears, and yes I’ve bought a lot!!! I usually make my people/animals/props, etc in there and then move them into the Vue program. That I use for landscaping. I absolutely love that program, but boy is it buggy. That also takes money to buy things. Sighhh....yes, and I have.

Wow..I don’t know if you have enough guts or server speed to use either one of them. I don’t compress anything, and always use the best quality size and pixel-wise. In fact I make my pics a lot bigger than I show on here, and I don’t seem to lose any quality. The bad quality is all mine, lol.

I size them all in Irfanview. It’s an excellent program and is free. It has loss-less sizing and turning of your stuff, and also batch sizing. Check it out. Will play vids, music, etc.

Maybe Cardhu can help you on your server and compression problems. He’s the expert there.

That horse pic I posted at that size was only 436 KB. Of course it was much larger before I sized it. The original was 2.10 MB.

Boy, I’m not the best at this, and I probably confused you even more than seems possible, but let me know if I can explain better, ok?
