When you have Julius Jones running blindly into the back of your O linemen and falling down it’s kinda hard to establish a running game. This you will see. The Hawks will be greatly disappointed in the guy. Too bad, I like him. He’s a good guy but Parcells destroyed his game, plus he’s bulked up too much, significantly diminishing his speed and quickness. So they will be forced to depend on the passing game, and they don’t have superior talent to swing it.

I’m going with the Cardinals to take the division this yr. Seattle goes 9-7 in a very weak div.

Alexander rushed for 700 yards last year. I expect Jones to at least get 1000 and probably 40 or so receptions. 1000 yards is just over 60 a game.

Hasslebeck threw for almost 4000 yards 28 touchdowns and 12 picks with the exact same receiving core they will have this year. Defensively Seattle has improved and offensively they have improved the O line.

I know what kind of runner Jones is, I live in the Dallas area and have for the majority of my life. I just know that NFL fans don't respect the Hawks and it doesn't make sense.

Arizona didn't improve in the off season. The division is weak. I have Seattle losing only to NYG at NY, NE at home and Dallas at Dallas. Now they could win any of those games and lose others but those seem fair.

Seattle beat Tampa at Tampa last year and they will again this year. They beat Philly at Philly, they have them at home this year. The east coast games are against Buff and Miami. They have a Favreless GB at home and 6 games in their division. If Sea pulls an upset in Dallas they will have home field and they will probably win the NFC.
