This one statement from that blog:

"we will continue to expose him for the low life, pervert, murdering scum that he is!!"

...is actionable.

I'm no fan of Drew Peterson, far from it, but in the absence of an indictment, trial and conviction for murder, that statement is libel and the writers of that blog will be lucky if Brodsky doesn't file on them.

Hey, if and when Peterson is found guilty and convicted, they can have at it, but until we arrive at that point, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty, whether we like it or not.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. I think the guy did it but he will have to go to trial and they haven't even filed charges yet.

If you have time go through all the stuff he has on the site especially the "Ashley" parts. Its hilarious and Peterson appears to be a real scumbag.
