Bear in mind the historical record of Genesis. Man was placed in a world teeming with plant and animal life. Yet man had only lived in a portion of the earth (the Middle East, as we call it today) before the flood came and etc.

I’m sure people weren’t stupid during the flood, standing around letting the water go over their heads while staying put at home. The landlubbing dinosaurs probably didn’t climb mountains as well as people, hence were buried in sediment first. JMHO.
