I say it jokingly. IMHO the best way to keep a relationship strong, without all the shouting that leads to anger, is to talk about problems, instead of scream about them.

It's hard enough going through life together with other problems, finances, jobs, family, kids, dogs, cats, critters. Why add anger with your partner to that?

I also learned VERY early that I get the last word in EVERY argument or discussion.
