I used Photo Tags Express. It has a new version. I guess it may be similar, just improved. Thanks for your imput.

What Don@VB recommends is good software. I wasn't aware it was available for a Windows machine. I've used it on Linux. It's powerful software and free.

Check out www.gimp.org. See if they have a version for Windows Vista.
