Something must be very wrong with Mr. Bale. Attacking, allegedly, your mother and sister is a dreadful accusation...esepcially when Mom and Sis file the complaint.

Possibly upset that Mr. Ledger’s portrayal of The Joker is all that anyone seems to want to talk about, even though he is “The Dark Knight.”
Unless they are pulling some money grabbing stunt.
I’ve heard Bale say on numerous occasions how difficult it is to be a star as a child, and he would never do that to his own daughter.
Maybe he regrets some of the things his parents did to him.
