I saw footage from the sixties during a hippie protest where a bunch of construction workers were held behind a chain link fence watching it go on. Someone opened the gate and these guys lit out of there and started beating the shit out of those hippies. The guy with the flag needs that kind of treatment.

I’m of the mind that it would be considered a provoked attack. Much like standing in a street calling your mother or sister a W**** or you vulgar slurs because of your ethnic heritage.
