No - you only think you know what the movie was about. But frankly, unless you've seen the film, your opinion is rooted in prejudice and ignorance - and therefore absolutely worthless.
I saw it this weekend. I thought it was very thought-provoking about the terrible evil even the best of us can commit, and yet the incredible potential for good from even the worst. That's a powerful message - and NOT a "nihilist" one. Good and evil were unambiguous.
Do you have an opinion about the war in Iraq? The war in Afghanistan? Have you been to either Iraq or Afghanistan and spent time on the front lines? If you haven’t, then I sincerely hope you don’t hold an opinion on either as it would be rooted in prejudice and ignorance and therefore utterly worthless.
