i think they do a great job at advising us when a deadly storm such as katrina is coming. just don’t start too early. i know how these things can change. 1976 guam, went to bed without the island being threatened by super typhoon pamela. the next morning she was making a beeline for the center of the island and hit us with 190+ sustained winds for 36 hours.
