A lively discussion - and I enjoyed reading all the opinions - measurement of IQ is as vague and open to interpretation as what kind of hair a person has been endowed with.

Even articles trying to explain “what IQ is” confuses -

I have always used my own golden rule. It’s what one does with one’s innate intellect and how one overcomes one’s lack of it is the true measure of a person’s ability to function in our world.

We are all born with gifts. Whether we use them or not is up to us.
