Found this little felony complaint against Devondre.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the rest have prior felonies as well.

In this felony charge, Devondre Quamaine had back-up identified by initials TLA. It’s reasonable to surmise that it is the same Terry Arnold named in the Valley Fair assault charge.
