The cops would find out that you frequent sites like Freerepublic and have right leanings and frame you as some right wing gun fanatic. I think the Gov just doesn’t care about us. They’re more interested in some pencil neck white guy who’s into 1800 style Mormonism. They don’t care about gangstas groping and or gang attacking people like us.

And prosecution is usually rooted in the facts of the conflict. It's the civil trial where one must worry about their private life activities being misconstrued.

Based on what I read in the article and applying NC law, he should have been able to use deadly force to stop this attack. You wouldn't necessarily need to shoot all of the thugs. When things go wrong, the rest of the pack is programed to run.
