People just stand around and watch because they’re too afraid of getting hurt, yes, but apparently it’s NOW a CIVIL RIGHT to grope and assualt someone.

The article didn't say. I would hope not, but it may well be that they did. I can tell you that if someone was attacking my husband, I would be right there in the melee. I'd probably get smacked down, but I can't imagine standing by and watching.
