Valley Fair = Gun Free Zone

Is it? I looked on their website and couldn't find anything, and a quick check at usacarry.com (successor to Packing.org) didn't show any general MN prohibition on carry at amusement parks. But you would know better than I.

VF is private property. They may post their grounds as off limits to guns. And they have, since the law changed in 2003.

I haven’t been there in over ten years and will never return.

I’ve heard that their signage may not be in compliance with state law. Oddly enough.....the outfit that I work for is have their company picnic there tomorrow. I’ll not be in attendance. However, I have instructed my minions to observe the placement of the signage, collect photgraphic evidence and report back. Also, I have asked them to observe security practices in the wake of this outrage.
