Not always, but sometimes, sure. And it is up to the local society to set the limits of what is publically tolerable.
I am not going to second guess what should or should not be legal in Greece. Within the barest of guidelines, its up to the Greek people to decide what is, and is not, acceptible behavior in their countries.
Public sex and prostitution is illegal in most countries, and have been for a long time; this is not a shocking law, so it is not for non-Greeks to second guess.
Hey Tex, you got off easy, usually Stuart practically spams the entire thread asking the same sort of questions over and over and over and over and he's never satisfied with whatever answer he gets! LOL

According to my brit sources, this has been going on forever; it is just usually not given such high-profile coverage, for obvious reasons.
Just log onto any Brit travel Agency and see what is offered (presumably because of the demand).
