I figured out that ZA was the culprit a few hours before the news was released yesterday morning. I ran our XP machine under the built-in firewall, while turning off ZA on the W2Ks.

I've been pinging the news sites periodically waiting for a ZA patch to be released. The option of setting access to medium is working right now while I wait on a more formal ZA release update.
