doing risky activities while not having insuranceYears ago, before mandatory insurance was all the rage, there were studies done showing how a small fee added to the price of a gallon of gas could provide every driver with a minimum of insurance from an insurance pool. Wonder whatever happened to those proposals?

This is clearly President Bush’s fault. If it weren’t for the high gas prices these folks wouldn’t have been taking such risks to save gas!
