He probably believes he is truly The Gift to The Women of The World. When I meet people like him in person, I have a tendency to laugh at them. And let them know they are the object of my humor!
It makes them mad, but it also makes them think. Of course, one should never do it without an alcoholic beverage in ones’ hands .. that lets them know that one is “probably drunk, and therefore, harmless.”
