Awesome race!
One question though ~ I don’t follow NASCAR as closely as some of you do.... why the heck were almost all of the fans in the stands booing Kyle Busch when he won? What did Kyle do to be such a hated driver?
He won.
Simply put, he is an arrogant snot. His grandmother can’t even get him and his older brother Kurt together for Mother’s Day. Hell of a driver, miserable person.
He wins a lot and a lot fans think Dale Junior should be winning. Busch drives very aggressively, which made Dale Sr a hero to many.
Go figure
Wrecked Jr. earlier in the year with 3 to go, causing Jr. to lose after having led.
He’s kind of a feisty young upstart, maybe they don’t like his attitude, seems kind of snidey, “he loves himself he thinks he’s grand, when he goes to the movies he holds his hand”. Also he may made a move or two on the track that they didn’t appreciate. He also keeps winning which means that the boo-ers favorite drivers - don’t. Just my guesses.
At first Kyle Bush reminded me of a punk kid who was going to get someone killed on the track. But I have to say he's stopped doing stupid stuff and is just plain whipping everybody's butt. He showed more class than the fans did last night.
Gordon made a mistake last night by trying to block the top lane. Kyle took advantage of it and won. 100 yards earlier and he may not have been the winner.
