That is a mighty rare thing - I have seen it happen in the distant past, perhaps in another series and also know it happened NASCAR in like,
olden times... but I can't recall when I've seen it live in a NASCAR race. I'd thought that was no longer "legal" in the series lol
Why did it have to be Tony. Argh. I reckon I'll cheer for Junior now, since the lovely Mr. Stewart is on the sidelines (sniff)

Agreed. If you don’t take the steering wheel off, the only way it is out of alignment is if something else is bent. And that could be a real problem.
