104º should be tolerable if there is little humidity. Now if one was in Boston, Baltimore or New York city or such it would be kind of unbearable.

It's 76 right now..high humidity but nice out..I try to do anything outside before the heat of the day hits..(only 101 today).
This looks like a great place to be!
