Final travel update: we arrived home at 4:15 AM this morning to some pups who were VERY happy to see us. The feeling was mutual! They had been well cared for (read: pampered and spoiled) by a great pet/house sitter. I am sure we worried a whole lot more about our fur-babies than they did about us. LOL.

Now I am trying to get caught up with laundry and getting life back to normal. Jet lag is easing up a bit, but it seems to me it is always worse flying with the sun than it is against it. I am hoping to start sorting through our photos this weekend and will get some posted as soon as I can.

Amy, I hope your vacation is everything you hope it will be. I will be happy to help Billie keep the doors open here while you are gone. Safe travels, friend! :-)

I have been so very blessed to get a chance to once again see my dear friends; dutchess and her Mr. D, Dolly and her two dogs, and Nan and her family. What a great time we had! Every minute of this trip has become a great memory (well, maybe not EVERY minute - the air travel was a bit tedious). ;-)
