That’s like a dog hanging out in front of a Chinese restaurant in Peking.
“Peking” became “Beijing” in 1979, because “Beijing” is supposed to be closer to how the Chinese themselves pronounce the name of that city.
But Peking duck is still called Peking duck. Go figure.
