OK...I’m at the computer in question. There is a yellow bar below the Browser bar tnat says IE is currently running with add-ons disabled.

yet, when I checked, there were add-ons ENabled. I cliked on Tools, and tried to go to Manage Add-Ons, and it’s not available.

PS: It wouldn’t accept my Recovery CD. I wasn’t sure I wanted to try for the whole reformatting thingy until I had more info.

Oh! Now I know what your problem is.....very simple...easy to fix....best thing you could do...only positive results....you’ll never regret it...you’ll think “why didn’t I do this before”....you’ll be browsing stress free...the internet will be fun again...a quick end to frustrations....life on the UT will never be the same for you...you’ll be recommending it to all your friends...
