“There Are 10 Kinds Of People”
My computer argued with me, about my counting way,
“Something must be this or that. There’s no such thing as gray!”
I saw it had a point, of course. I try to be discrete.
But it was somewhat young to know that things can’t be that neat!
“I know some things can turn you on, and others leave you cold,
But there is stuff to know, about which you’re not told,
And rounding errors do occur, we have to guess a lot.”
The computer didn’t see it. “Something is, or it is not!”
“Well, what is your opinion, then, of Love, and Death, and War?
Can you define the right of things, or what we’re fighting for?”
“It may be that you’re right. I could be somewhat out of touch,
But anything I do not know, can not amount to much!”

I tried convince my art teacher that function is art, He said" if it had function it wasn't art". I made a table that resembled the Parthenon. I wanted to computer to do what I wanted it to not what wrote. One little mistake and 5 inches of paper. undergrads had a limit. If I had chemistry that semester I would probably tried making flash powered. So I have a binary understanding of grey, white and black.
