Backyard Ballistics? If any of our zot equipment goes missing, I’ll know where to look then.

Prarie Dogs can be a substitute for woodchucks as they are both marmots.
Armadillo can make good projectiles, but some now carry leprosy.
Possum play dead and can make effective projectiles that way.

We do have possums here, but some of them have rabies.
If any of our zot equipment goes missing, Ill know where to look then.
I think he gets electricity lab in the spring, after basic mechanics and simple machines. I haven't looked at all his materials yet - he picked out the books with his Dad - but we'll have everything organized by the time Anoreth starts college on August 18.
There goes our freedom to take vacations any time; now we have to consider her school and work schedules, as well as our church and Scout commitments.

Our subdivision has a big, empty field in the middle of the circle we live on :-). And if that’s not big enough, there’s a football-size field at the town park only about ten minutes away.

He’ll want the possum that keel over when scared, and wear thick leather gloves.
You don’t want to know how I know this.

Sounds like you have a full slate, but you did have that trip to the beach last month. I haven’t had a vacation since 2000.

Oh, dear!
We were out at the mall until after 1:00 and missed the dragons’ usual lunchtime. When we got home, they were huddled on their rock under the light, holding hands. “Santana, the crickets haven’t fallen from the sky yet. I’m hungry! Is it the end of the world?” “I don’t know, Slash, but it’s scary. Hold my hand and keep looking up!”

For years, we only went to Missouri. It’s cheaping staying home, especially when you get to feeding all these people.

JC Penney here has enormous amounts of Size 2 petite pants in everything from denim to silk.
I towered over my parents, and have to look down at my brothers. The sisters are all really short people.

Probably 99% are under 15#. Several categories, too. Depending on whether you like a “challenge” or not, we have bunnies, gophers, hares, possums, skunk, porcupines ~~ name your poison!

How did they react to the sudden cricket shower? With voracious munching and gulping, followed by sighing, "We're so full!" They have to sit under the light and get very warm to digest their crickets.
