Yes there is. Bringing a squirt gun to a knife or gun fight is just plain stupid.
Use your brains people. The device has no defense, unless the operator is armed he’s asking for trouble using this at night in homeless areas.
Put some high voltage bug zappers on it and arm the operator and I’m all for it.
The way it is presented the operator deserves what happens to him if he relies solely on its squirt gun for protection.
I don’t think the operator is as dumb as you are being about this.
Radio controls have a reasonable range, and I expect he operates his machine from inside his business, not standing on the sidewalk beside it, as in the photo.
The thing weighs 400 pounds. Not to many people are going to toss it in a dumpster.
You may also have missed the part where the police have already nixed the idea of arming it with a Taser.
