I think they’ve had it taken away. The policies of todays institutions are complete control and the rebellion will place that blame back on them.

Sounds like you learned everything about today’s youth from the media.

I have 2 kids in the early to mid 20’s, and have known many of their friends from high school and college. They thirst for plenty, and are highly motivated.

Just my .02.

I don’t think today’s youth are any worse than back then. Remember that while these 20 somethings were putting a man on the moon a bunch of others were exchanging venereal diseases and making Haight-Ashbury smell bad. Every generation has its eagles and its mud skippers.
