I have someone trying to poach people on my team. :( I was out Monday and Tuesday, and she asked very leading questions about what they were doing. She actually told one QA that if she was doing what he was doing (research and automation), that she would be bored. And then she offered to lend him to another team. Grrrrr. I found out about this today. I am not a happy camper. I am waiting until tomorrow to send a note to her temporary boss. If she has that kind of time to wander around and find work for others, I have a stack of work for her. And so do those 2 guys on my team. /rant is over

That's not good at all. I had to be very careful, because folks wanted to be on my staff, because I treated people with respect and was honest with them (in other words, I did my job). But there's no excuse for poaching.

Yep. Austin is what we call "the hill country" of Texas. It's also the liberal capitol of Texas. We concentrated them there so we could keep an eye on them.
