Thanks for the links and the good suggestions. I think we may travel across to the Shiloh battlefield and then come back for Graceland.

With small children the Shiloh trip would be good. Forget about Graceland, unless you are a HUGE Elvis fan's. Seedy part of town, and just an all around tourist trap.

There just isn't a lot for kids. Zoo, St. Louis has a much better one. Beal St. is for grown ups.

Fuel is about 3.65 on the average.

Wherever you go in Memphis, just be sure to keep your car locked, and your eyes open.
