I don't understand what is difficult with that training routine.

Lord knows I'm not allowed to do training like that these days.

I am a certified safety swimmer. And before that, saved all manner of children not certified to swim.

Certs are crap in water, but folks in congress, enabled, and established, don't quite understand that.
