Surely you jest. A steam train is the perfect green machine. It goes like this:

• Big tank o' water on wheels.
• Crack the water to get Hydrogen
• Burn the hydrogen to make the steam
• Burning the hydrogen gives you water, which you dump back into the tank.
• Use the steam to turn a generator.
• Use the generator to crack the water

What could be more green than that? :-)
