I met a girl who got to fly to Vienna for the finals of an international law moot court competition. The way she described it, it was fascinating. Their team went up against a team from Germany in a hypothetical case that involved Country A polluting the territorial waters of Country B.

I mention it because she is not an enviro-nut, nor a NWO-type. Just a conservative Republican--intelligent, and with a killer instinct. (They lost, but it doesn't matter).
