Sorry, you don't get off that easily. You can't just make stuff up as you go along without defending yourself. Take your blather about the will of the American people and Congressional oversight. How is it being bypassed? How does ComEd/Exelon become "not private.?" How do you propose to perform the function that ComEd/Exelon perform without using a PPP? All of the above questions are germane to the argument you are making. It's not my fault you cannot answer them--you cannot because your argument is stillborn.

Think of it this way, if you can: let's assume for the purposes of the argument that PPP's are an abomination. What's your solution? I've only asked you a dozen times.

LOL! Why don't you talk to us all about Westinghouse's public private partnership with the Chinese communists? If its good for communist china, its good for America! --"free trader" slogan of the hour.

How about having the chinese communists as business "partners"? That means they get to have a say in how the business is run and they get part of the profits. What a special treat for the Americans who fought communism in the last century, to know that Bush and the federal government has enabled China to become business partners with a supposedly US company that builds nuclear facilities all the while earning a profit from it! Communism would bankrupt itself and disappear, but you "free traders" are feeding it and keeping it alive. Why you're doing worse than that, you're institutionalizing it with 'public private partnerships' in this country.

Why on EARTH would you promote that communist corrupt arrangement here? What is it about communists that make people like you turn on the American people?

public private partnership : an association of a corporation and a government that conduct a business for profit as co-owners

China/Westinghouse conducting a business for profit as co-owners

Thank you "free traders"
