I’m going to see another favorite in a few days - ALEC LIFESON with Rush. I’m pretty sure they know all their songs! But, Rush is a bit TOO scripted and perfected - so it was really fun to see Keaggy and his band just jam.

I'm a huge Rush fan... The first concert I ever went to was their Farewell to Kings tour. And once I saw them 3 times in 2 weeks! They'll be in KC in a week or two, but I can't justify $80 plus tickets. Yes is coming as well, but again, I just can't afford these astronomical ticket prices.

Yeah - the prices are nuts. But, seeing as I’ve only been to like 5 real concerts in my life I figure it is worth it. But, I did mention to my friend that dollar for dollar, the $15 I spent to sit 12 rows away from Phil Keaggy (with perhaps 300 others) was the better deal! And just a very relaxed, ENJOYABLE concert.

My brother and I just paid $400 each (StubHub) for seventh row center tickets to Rush in Concord, CA on 5/4. Worth every penny and then some.

Sometimes, ya just gotta bite the bullet...
