That plus her jet-setting carbon-footprint should land her right on top of the Hollywood Hypocrites List.

And when New Orleans was looted, she said, so what?
“Let them touch those things!” Idiot.
I wonder how she would feel if her Las Vegas home was looted.

the L.A. song that Dion recorded for her new album, "Taking Chances," hardly matches that glitz. "Skies of L.A." is in fact a despairing song about the global environmental crisis.
I don't know if tomorrow has a day
I don't know if the rays will shine my way
All I know is that I'm standing in a place where
My future looks like the skies of L.A.
Skies of L.A., skies of L.A.
I don't know if my body can take much more
We're in the land of the richest riches
But my mind seems so poor
******
"Oh, they're stealing 20 pair of jeans or they're stealing television sets. Who cares? They're not going to go too far with it. Maybe those people are so poor, some of the people who do that they're so poor they've never touched anything in their lives. Let them touch those things for once."
******
took a double swipe at U.S. war policy while criticizing the recovery effort
"How come it's so easy to send planes in another country to kill everyone in a second, to destroy lives?" she asked.
"I open the television, there's people still there waiting to be rescued and for me it's not acceptable. I know there's reasons for it. I'm sorry to say I'm being rude but I don't want to hear those reasons."

Her estate reportedly went through enough water in a one-year period to fill a 50-gallon bathtub every four minutes. Actually at 6.5 mgals/yr. that would be more like every half hour, not four minutes. But it is still a lot of water.

Actually at 6.5 mgals/yr. that would be more like every half hour, not four minutes. But it is still a lot of water.6,500,000/(365*24*60)=12.367 gallons per minute, which is about 50 gallons every 4 minutes. The article is correct.

She should move back to Canada is she wants to use that much fresh water.
There are 3.2 quadrillion gallons of water in lake Superior alone.
She could live with the bears, in the wild.
Where no one could hear her sing.
