The only choice it will give you is repair, quarantine, or delete. If you click on I think it's do nothing it disables that program.

I let it quarantine the tftp server program. It's pretty old, so I'm downloading the latest version, and I'll see if Avast will let me install it. If not, I'll be upset. I'm about 99.99999% sure this was a false positive.
