i pray for america and ask You to have mercy and to forgive this nation and her people for turning from You and Your ways. help us to turn toward You and to seek You in all things. protect america from her enemies and help us in these times of trouble. give us leaders that will be godly and wise. may we be humble, thankful and obedient in Your sight, Lord.

My wondrous triune God, I lift my blessed country up to You. I pray that You will change the hearts of those men and women in our Capitol back to the yearnings and purpose our country was founded upon.
May the scales fall from their eyes to see clearly the evils of greed and terrible power they choose to hold over the people in opposition to our sacred documents, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights which were inspired by You, Father.
May common reason prevail in voters during all levels of government elections, Lord.
And lastly, may Your will be done. Amen.
