True! They even mentioned during the Indy 500 that the Indy cars would come into the pits at 160mph+. NASCAR (and IndyCar) have decided that they don't need the prospect of a pit road death I suppose, but I would argue that some of the measures are going to cause as many accidents as they were supposed to prevent.
