So then how do feel about our rebuilding Germany, Italy, and Japan after WWII and forcing democracy on them?
We didn’t have to force democracy on them. Bye the end of the war, the people of those nations, by and large, were ready to work with those that had defeated them in order to forge a better future for their nations. They also were never people that were self-destructive. They were always a productive, industrious, and resourceful people. We didn’t make them that way. They already were. At the start of WWll, Germany had many of the best engineers, mathematicians, architects, etc.....in the world. They were driven by the ideology of nationalism, not dying for their depraved view of a God that tells them to kill in his name. Big Difference.
