You think a running lawnmower at the crack of dawn would be really irritating for the neighbors? My next door neighbor’s little yappy dog was running around the neighborhood barking away last night. I’m chasing the little rat around and banging on the neighbor’s door at 11:30 because it kept me awake. If I would have caught that bugger, it would stil be trying to get a roll of duct tape off its snout.
