Hillary isn't going anywhere, yesterday notwithstanding

Yesterdays results notwithstanding, Hillary Clinton isn't going anywhere and is in this fight to the end. Is she a longshot at this point? You betcha. Is her back against the wall? Absolutely. HOWEVER, the internal "war" that is the nomination process for the Democratic Party is being waged on her part is now aiming for 2012 instead of this year.

Looking at it logically, IF Obama were to be elected this year, which is doubtful given his socialist outlook, his poor choice of advisors and friends, (Wright, Ayers et al) and the fact no one can be elected President without the South, he'd run as the incumbent in '12 meaning Hillary wouldn't get a shot until 2016. So how does she run in '12? Simple, make sure Obama doesn't get elected this year.

She and McCain have more in common than not and in my mind, they would work together, albeit behind the scenes, to ensure McCain is elected.

She is in it for the long haul (i.e. until the convention) to metaphorically bloody Obama as much as she can. The talk of her dropping out is bullocks. Her eye is on 2012.

Bank on it.

There’s rumors that she would take the vice presidency...If that happens it will show that Obama has NO gonads....He talks about change, and here he is ready to team up with her and her rotten Husband...Also,Obama could find himself in a pine box just like Vince Foster...

Obama is not that stupid to take THE BEAST voluntarily as a VP, but he will be hard pressed by DNC to take her as vice in "exchange" for nomination.

After all a few weeks back Clinton criminals dared to offer him VP spot when he was clearrly a frontrunner.

Can somebody please explain how Hillary becomes the front runner for 2012 if Obama doesn’t win the general election? After all the hard feelings of this campaign, would there really be a lot of enthusiasm among Democrats for the Clintons to try again in ‘12? This campaign has shown that lotsa Dems. don’t love the Clintons. A new face in 2012 might overtake Hillary that year too, just as Obama is on the verge of doing this year.

I personally think they’ll try it again, but this was their best( and HOPEFULLY only )shot.
