Does Dillion have carbide dies for the .223?

They do, and they cost 4 times what a set of RCBS cost... $123 a set... you still gotta use case lube...

I found a great source for once fired 5.56 brass... $76/1000 ordered on Thursday, was here when I got home tuhday... cleaned and reamed... no swaging necessary...

Interesting, didn’t know that cost differential. Thanks for the brass link, those seem like pretty good prices to me. OB

Yah? Maybe that depends on caliber? I dunno, and I've been out of it for some years. But I was reloading weekly I had carbide dies, and then I was doing lots (thousands) of .357 and some .270 and .45 and I never bothered with case lube. Not once. Maybe there's other calibers where it is more critical?

I'm perfectly willing to be wrong. It happens to me more and more often nowadays.
