I understand that there may be faith that there IS a G*d but accepting that there is a G*d because you can't disprove it is NOT good science.

Religion is not good science, but I can certainly disprove the existence of an omniscient God. Chaos theory, squaring a circle or Heisenbergs uncertainty principle prove that an omniscient God doesn't exist.
I personally enjoy asking fervent Christians to produce a clear, unambiguous prophecy that was fulfilled. Prophecy is the purpose of Prophets isn't it and with an omniscient God telling them what to say it should be a trivial request.
Such a prophecy doesn't exist.
