BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES
1 (3 3/8 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Grease 8x8x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, combine pudding mix, flour, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, baking powder, salt. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in nuts.
Bake and let cool in pan. Makes 12 brownies.
In addition to being Lost Sock Day,
it is also "National Butterscotch Brownie Day."

Amy, what are you doing??? You are killing my diet! First Coconut Cream Pie and now Butterscotch Brownies. Two of my favorite things! I am gaining weight just looking at them. :-(
Actually, I might try the butterscotch brownie recipe. It really does look good and easy too.
