Two questions.
What do we do now?
If it comes to that, where do we go?

The ideal of the Republic died a long time ago, and we are in the death throes of the Democracy. Tyranny comes next, but what should we do?

Ahhh, you ask the proverbial $64,000 question. What do we do now? I think William's laid out a blue print and it begins with states in the South the hard-working states in the south. Where people want the government off their backs and out of their wallets.

Start by reading Amity Shales “The Forgotten Man”, it's a GREAT book on how this mess was started. Next, move to one of the southern states and run for office as the only way to accomplish Williams plan is for the legislature to secede. Build coalitions amongst other freedom minded legislators and write a secession statement. Introduce the statement and debate the merits (kinda sounds like the first Constitutional Convention). Take notes and report on the debate for the Federalist Papers Part DEUX! Finally, call up the National Guard to defend the borders of the new territory from anti-secession forces (aka, Washington DC). Win, and enjoy prosperity and freedom as the founders intended. This is my intention in the next few years for sadly, I live in Maryland right now.
