Peter is explaining that to the Father time has no meaning. As for genesis one and exodus twenty, the Hebrew word for day is “yowm”. You would be hard pressed to find even one Hebrew scholar, even amongst those who believe in evolution, that would say it means anything other than a 24 hour day.
